Bentham Open encourages authors, institutions and organizations to avail of various options to promote their publications, products, and services.

Animated Abstracts

We recommend authors to publish their Animated Abstract, along with the article abstract, to extend the coverage of the published articles.

Bentham Open has collaborated with Focus Medica, one of the world's largest publishers of expert animated atlases and videos in medicine and science, to create an Animated Abstract of the article. Animated Abstracts will be published as open access (free-to-view) and help summarize the essential discoveries/key findings of the research, highlighting the importance of the article for further research and utilization in the relevant industry. Each professionally produced, full-colored animated abstract, in a video format (length 3 – 5 minutes) is accompanied by an English or foreign language commentary.

Authors can avail of this service against a fee to get the Animated Abstract published with the textual / graphical abstract on the Journal's homepage.

The payment for an animated abstract will be US $1320. Initially, an advance amount of US $800 will be payable to the Publisher to start work on the Animated Abstract, while the balance of US $520 will be payable on completion of the Animated Abstract.

Graphics Enhancement Services

The authors are expected to submit good quality figure(s) in PDF, PPT, MS Word, TIFF or JPEG versions, which, if required, should be improved, either by yourself or by professional graphic designers of your organization/ country. You may even consider approaching our contracted service provider Eureka Science for Graphics Enhancement Services.

The graphics designing team at Eureka Science can assist in improving the quality of the images at affordable rates. Eureka Science provides special rates of US $155 for the improvement of up to five figures, with any additional figures being charged at US $25 each.

Copyediting Services

Authors should seek professional assistance for the correction of grammatical, scientific, and typographical errors before submission of the revised version of the article for publication.

You may use the professional editing services of our nominated English language editing organizations TopEdit or Eureka Science.

Corporate Memberships

This journal offers ‘Complimentary Membership’ to International R&D organizations, institutes and universities. Corporate Membership entitles authors from different member institutes to a special discount of 20% on the Open Access publication fee on their submissions in Bentham Open journals.

Reprints

Bentham OPEN provides excellent professionally printed reprints, each inside a beautiful journal cover, which you can proudly send to colleagues and scientists in your field. These reprints with cover are available at concessionary rates. The minimum limit of reprint order is 25 copies.

Special Offers

Authors who order a minimum of 100 will be entitled to a 35% discount.
Authors who order a minimum of 200, 300, 400 and 500 will be entitled to a 15% discount.

Colored Reprints

If the article was originally printed in color, the reprint will be an exact replication of the original for an additional charge.

Company Logo

Company logos and foreword can be published on the printed reprint cover page in sponsored reprints.

Printed covers are available at extra cost.

Airmail and Handling Costs

Reprints are dispatched to the customers by airmail. Airmail and handling costs will be invoiced additionally with the reprints. Our shipping department requires the name and telephone number of the recipient of the order. These quotes are in US Dollars and are valid for 30 days.

Shipping Instructions

Once confirmed, your order will be shipped for delivery in 35 business days from the day the proofs have been approved or from the day of confirmation. An expedited delivery option is also available.

Shareable Pdf On Kudos Web Service

Kudos(www.growkudos.com) is a web-based service that helps authors to enhance the visibility and usage of their articles. The service offers automated tools and functions for explaining the research enclosed in the articles, sharing of the explanations and corresponding articles throughout the internet, monitoring and measuring of performance for every article and opportunities for citations by other authors.

Shareable PDF is a new tool introduced by Kudos for authors who have their articles hosted on it. The authors can:
